Refund Eligibility and Timeframe
We want you to have a positive shopping experience. You have 15 days from the date of purchase to start the return process if you need to return a product. To facilitate the return or refund, please make sure to get in touch with us during this window of time.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
To maintain fairness for all customers, the following limitations apply:
- Every month, each customer may return or exchange one item.
- Refunds apply to purchases up to $100, excluding shipping fees. RAZ Vape Direct will consider refunds for orders exceeding $100 on a case-by-case basis.
- Returns based solely on flavor preferences are not accepted.
Returning Products
Once you contact us with a return request, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Refunds are only issued for authorized returns. To proceed with a return, you must first obtain written authorization from a RAZ Vape Direct representative. We may request feedback on the product to help us improve and better understand your concerns.
Non-Defective Returns
For products that are not defective, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must remain unopened to qualify for a refund.
Inspect Your Products
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the items immediately. Defective return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase. Open items are eligible for store credit only. Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs are not refundable, and returns that do not comply may be refused.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RAZ Vape Direct takes every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot guarantee its safety. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@razvapedirect.com for assistance.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please email us if a package is returned to us because it was signed "unclaimed," "returned to sender," or had the wrong address. Once we receive the returned package, our team will process the return and issue a refund. Orders with free shipping may incur a 25% restocking fee.
